I haven't been reviewing like I usually do because I'm on a weight loss journey and I've been killing it! I'm serious when I say that I will drive to wherever for these cookies. They rotate flavors weekly like the big cookie chain, but these are actually delicious unlike the big pink cookie chain. These are seriously my only dessert I crave and when I tell you they're worth the drive. They're worth the money. My favorites: Snickerdoodle 10/10 y'all I have never liked a snickerdoodle in my life, but I'm in LOVE. “ The Cavity Factory is definitely cavity inducing. The cookies are solid but just so sweet in my opinion that it overpowers the actual flavor itself. Definitely have to get to the truck early or else a line as long as the Mississippi river will form. Would recommend for the people who absolutely love sugar and sweets. ”

The Cavity Factory is something special and is worth every minute you wait in line. Destinee, the owner, operator, baker and magic maker of The Cavity Factory is the creator of some of the best cookies you will ever eat. Big, rich, delicious cookies in a rotating variety of flavors. She parks her truck and the lines start forming. I was lucky enough to try several flavors of cookies and it is like picking a favorite child, it can't be done. The best is the thick and rich chocolate chip cookie oozing with buttery goodness or is it really the oatmeal butterscotch or maybe it is the Birthday Cake with its sugary sweetness. You get the idea. Right now she is working weekends with a Greenwood stop on Saturdays and a North Keystone stop on Sundays. Make sure you try out this amazing beavy of baked goods when you can...she sells out frequently. ”

“ Fire cookies and fantastic customer service. The cookies are $4.78 each, which I thought was a little steep until I felt the weight of my bag!! These are really big cookies!! If you're one of those people who goes to Crumbl every week to get the new flavors, take the week off and try out the Cavity Factory. Same vibes, but better taste. And maybe you'll make a friend in the line! Pro tip-- show up early and park close to the truck and you'll be one of the first in line. She sells out every weekend and you don't wanna be the person that shows up right at the time the truck opens who misses out on the sugar rush. ”

“ Great new mobile cookie business in Indy! The cookies are massive and all of the flavors we've tried have been delicious. Our faves have been s'mores and birthday cake and I'm going to try out red velvet soon! They're a super cute pink food truck and post their weekend pop-up schedule on social media. I hope they get a more regular schedule soon so I can plan a visit better, but it's totally worth the occasional long lines or a special trip to try out a few of these delicious creations! ”

“ I love being able to support a local business. It brings me even more joy when they actually have a good product. Surprisingly, it is pretty much a one woman shop. The owner, Destinee, is the cook, driver, salesperson, promoter and social media VP. I caught the food truck behind the Jaggers on 31 sitting in the parking lot. I was so excited to finally catch up with it that they even commented on how hot I pulled into the parking lot. I was doubled excited that there was not a line like the ones that I heard about and saw online. The bright pink truck is actually on a trailer that is being towed by a white van. The night I was there Destinee had her small crew with her to help. They did not have a menu up, but told me what they had left. I would recommend checking them out on social media to get their location, the times and the cookies flavors that they will have. They had Triple Chocolate, Halloween Birthday Cake and Cookies and Creme left when I got there. They out of Chocolate Chip, and Smores. The women working the truck were very friendly and upbeat. They were awesome. They offered to heat my cookies up right there for me, but I was going to eat them later, so I declined. They recommended that I heat them up a bit before I eat them because they would taste better. Once and got home and after diner, I ate the cookies (warmed up as suggested) .They were delicious. They had that home cooked taste and were gooey in the middle. They were spot on with the heat them up recommendation. I popped them in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Well, unfortunately the truck and Destinee may be going on a little hiatus after the date of this review. She is preparing to have her baby. and said that she would be taking a break. I will admit that the cookies are a bit pricey, but you have to pay if you want quality. Anyway, Crumble better look out, there is a new cookie queen in town. I highly recommend supporting this local minority owned small business. I see this business blossoming into something big and was glad that I was there at the beginning. ”
